MS Group follows a structured 50:50 payment policy for all bulk clothing orders. An advance payment of 50% is required to initiate product composition. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of delivery.
Logistics charges are paid directly by the customer to the selected shipping company, chosen from a list of approved partners provided by MS Group. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and cheques, ensuring a transparent and secure transaction process.
Once the advance payment is received, the preparation of the requested product composition begins. The standard lead time is 30 days, during which the items are carefully sorted and quality-checked in bulk. Upon completion, the customer and the logistics team are notified to proceed with shipment arrangements.
